Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your product(s) to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please contact us at support@veronthelabel.com If your return is approved, we will send you a return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We may deny returns in the following cases:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error.

Items returned after the 30-day window has passed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us at support@veronthelabel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost and cover return shipping.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if:

You received the wrong item, or

The wrong size was sent.
If either of these applies to your order, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
After we confirm the issue, we’ll send the correct item free of charge.
Please note:
We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or if the correct item and size were delivered as ordered.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been placed. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
Return Shipping & Label
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. If your return meets our eligibility conditions, you will receive a full refund.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem! As long as the item is unused and in original packaging, you can return it within 30 days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
